The customer.

Fotinakis store started its operation in 1957 in the center of the city of Chania. It originally operated as a gas station with a small selection of spare parts and accessories. The growing market demand for mechanical components, as well as their interest in better customer service, has increased their product variety exponentially. Bearings, belts, filters, lubricants, screws and high-pressure hoses were gradually added.

In 2010 their company became a premium store of STANLEY WORKS, the largest hand tool company in the world.

Fotinakis store currently employs 15 staff. They have cooperation with the largest industries and crafts of their prefecture, public services as well as the armed forces.

In recent years, their company has started the import and supply of products from abroad, aiming at the best prices for customers and wholesale sales throughout Greece.

The challenge.

Fotinakis Store asked us to implement an online store, which will help their goals. The goal of their company is to fully cover the needs of their customers and to follow the pace of technological developments by constantly adding new innovative and reliable products.
